Working within our ‘Darwin Education Services’ (DES) team, you will be contributing to the development of engaging asynchronous learning material for our property platform Darwin™.

Specifically, you will contribute to the development of high quality, interactive digital learning materials by converting text-based resources.



  • Act as a liaison between the Darwin Education Partners (DEPs) and the Digital Learning sub-team, for the development of asynchronous learning material;
  • Contribute to the creation of new interactive and innovative digital learning resources for new courses delivered through our Education Services Platform (LMS);
  • Convert training content provided by the DEPs, from a variety of formats, into high quality, interactive instructions - referring to a range of media such as audio, video, animations etc. - that will then be used by the eLearning Designers to provide high-quality video tutorials and eLearning content;
  • Input towards the improvement of current collaterals within existing programs;
  • Ensure resources are developed within the ADDIE framework;
  • Plan realistic deadlines (in conjunction with the DEPs and the Digital Learning specialists) for the delivery of the content and ensure that these are met;
  • Align the DES team objectives and your personal development, to meet business and career goals.

 Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in designing clear instructions for the development of asynchronous learning materials;
  • Ability to understand, edit and apply instructional design principles;
  • Proven knowledge and experience (use) of instructional design documentation
    • Storyboards
    • Instructional Design templates;
  • Knowledge and use of the ADDIE framework;
  • Proven ability to edit and proofreading scripts and other training source content;
  • Design skills including sourcing, editing and creating images;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and Romanian;
  • Attention to details;
  • Effective interpersonal skills;
  • Enthusiastic and motivated;
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to cope with a busy workload
  • Proactive
